Sesbania javanica (5.5 inch square pot)

Family: Fabaceae. Small tree with bright yellow flowers native to southeast. Flowers are edible. Fast growing and will usually bloom within 6 weeks after moving into a 3 or 5 gallon pot. My established plants started to branch only after blooming started.  It may be necessary to move into a 7 or 10 gallon pot to maintain long term.  Full sun to light shade. Plants need a lot of water especially if it is hot and sunny.  Any general purpose fertilizer.  Slightly acidic soil.  I do not expect this plant to tolerate cool or cold conditions.  Outdoors in Zone 11.  Plants are grown in 5.5 inch square pots (2.6 litre volume) and are 3 to 4 ft tall.

Certified to ship to all 50 US states.
