Heliconia caribaea (5.5 inch square pot)
Large Heliconia that can reach 9 to 18 ft. tall. If growing in poor rockly soil, it may only reach 6 to 8 ft. tall. Large inflorescence with deep red bracts. Full sun. Mulch and fertilize several times per year for fastest growth. Outdoors in Zone 11. In a greenhouse, a large tub will be required.
